Hello!
I am 600 words into my 3rd piece of work, which is evidently a prose. Actually, I’m almost done with the whole thing, but it was written as a draft and not typed out. So I began typing it 45 minutes ago and I realised that it’s horrendously long (at least 2000 words), and thus I have decided to change the most part of it. Still, it’s an achievement I suppose. After completing this tonight, I will have another 2 pieces of work to go. One to complete on Monday, another on Tuesday.
Effectively, this leaves me barely any time to do some last-minute revision for a Chemistry surprise-test that I keep hearing about. Or maybe it’s because it has been passed on from person to person and all of us just assumes its truth. I think I should also attempt to revise Trigonometry. Since my attempts at Calculus did not prove to be very successful.
So anyway, the lunch and wallet hunting with Chiewlin yesterday wasn’t bad at all. We had the former at Burger King because Chiewlin said she wanted to eat something fairly cheap. Then we went to Heeren in search and then to Plaza Singapura. Interestingly enough, she didn’t get her wallet from either place, and neither did I. I’m quite sick of wallets from surf brands because they have ceased to look nice. Hopefully, I will be able to get something good next year. Maybe from GUESS, but my wallet would cost more than the money I have in it half the time.
At a sale then, I suppose.
Went to Park Mall with Chiewlin after that, where she had her dance lessons at Amore with Esther and Regina. I think my sentences are awfully long. So I waited for her, and we left for Citylink after. Chiewlin ended up getting her wallet at Surfer Babe. I liked the design, but the colours were limited. Either powder pink, or this garish shade of blue.
After Chiewlin left, I spent the next hour walking around Citylink Mall and Raffles something, still trying to find a wallet. Didn’t get anything in the end.
Took an MRT to Farrer Park MRT station, where I met Avril, Chuyun and Eugene. In that order. Eugene was 20 minutes late, leaving me to suffer with the two Dancers who took it in their liberty to dance for the commuters at the MRT station. Ack. When he arrived, we walked to the condominium which Jonas lived in.
Hung around, then went up to his house. And his room. Cassandra arrived soon after. We watched the little boys there play some video game and spent the whole time talking. From 6+ all the way till 8, because the food was being barbequed downstairs. Twas pretty okay, besides the points of time where WONG CHU YUN kept hitting me over and over again! Oh well. She hits me, I hit Avril.
So we went down after that. Had different kinds of food. Chicken wings, stingray, sotong, sotong balls, prawns, hot dogs, chinese sausages (._.), ham and drinks. I don’t know if that’s it, if we ate anything else, but I don’t fancy re-calling everything.
The rest of the night was spent talking as well. Some random information: Jonas’ balcony is very windy and Eugene doesn’t like listening to songs till the end. Chuyun threw a pebble-stone at me! Avril had her nails painted gold except for 4 fingers on the left (I think). Avril looked like a Soccer Mom. Cassandra was almost pulled into the pool by Eugene. She also had to leave early. Her Grandmother lives in Little India. Ho hum.
I shall go eat lunch now! Still need to go for Chinese tuition later, even though it’s the last day of the year. *cringes* Shall have my resolutions blogged tonight. On a different note, I DON’T KNOW HOW TO WAKE UP AT FIVE PLUS TO SIX ANYMORE!
